NC State's Ted Kapita is "likely," to hire an agent and forego playing out his NCAA eligibility after just one season with the Wolfpack according to ESPN's Jeff Goodman.

Kapita averaged 12.6 minutes per game and 4.3 points per game, scoring double digits just four times during the season (only once, in upsetting Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium, during ACC play).

The 6-foot-8 Congo native sat out of six games, including the season-opener and three games in a row during the Paradise Jam, following his 17-point performance in his debut for NC State. Kapita also did not play in back-to-back ACC games against Pittsburgh and Wake Forest.
